All printers at MPA support AirPrint, this is our preferred method for connecting to shared printers in the building. Follow the directions outlined below, repeat as needed to setup additional printers. To add a printer go to:
- System Settings --> Printers & Scanners
- Add printers by clicking the Add Printer, Scanner or Fax... button
- Click the second tab to add the printer.
- Use the following settings to setup a printer:
- Address: (printer name as listed below)
- Protocol: AirPrint
- Name: same as address entered above
- Use: AirPrint
- Click Add
- Repeat as needed for additional printers
