Follow these steps to login to Pickatime to see your schedule and to schedule conferences for your own children
- Login to https://pickatime.com/moundspark
- Use your MPA email address to login (this is important)
- If you do not remember your password use the forgot password link to reset it
- After you login your homepage will look like this:
- Click on Admin UI
- To view your dinner breaks click on Show Blocked Slots and click the Refresh button below it:
- Make note of when your breaks are assigned, these will not be reflected when you proceed to schedule conferences for you own kids
- Click on Online Scheduler to return the conference signup page
- Click on the link for Fall Conferences 2024 to continue. If you already have your kids linked to your account click Proceed to continue, otherwise you will need to link them first
- On the next screen select which kids you want to schedule and click Next Step
- Select the teachers you would like to conference with and then click Filter Slots
- Click the + on the slot(s) that you would like to sign up for (note that your meal breaks are not reflected in the slots that are available)
- Once you are done signing up click on the Admin UI button to return to your teacher schedule page
- Make sure that both check boxes are select and then click on refresh, you will see that your conferences are noted on your complete schedule
