I can’t hear the students I’m ZOOMing with	Is the sound ON (not muted) on your laptop?  Do the students have the microphone ON in their ZOOM and set to the correct microphone they’re talking into?  Students at home should have their microphone set to internal or earbuds  Students on VC should have their microphone set to the microphone on the USB camera
The VC I’m connected to can’t hear me	Do you have the correct microphone selected in your ZOOM window?  Does the VC unit have their sound ON on the TV?  Does the VC unit have the speaker set to “Samsung”?
